#8 Griffin Silk Cord - Grey - 1 card

Description: Silk has been a favorite material of bead stringers for centuries. Very strong, twisted, and with a luxurious natural drape, it gives your piece a feel that you cant get from anything else. Our Griffin Silk cards, are the best product for knotting, hands down. These lengths of silk have a twisted wire needle built into the end. This means that there is no need to struggle with trying to slide beads over a double thickness of thread like with other products, where you have to use your own needle. This #8 Silk is a heavier weight, which gives a more substantial look, but it won't work with most gemstones and pearls, you will need a thinner product like our #4 Griffin Silk Bead Cord for that. With this one, you will need to stick with glass beads, crystals, and other man-made materials with more uniform holes.
