Please note new postal rates as
of 5/12/08! All domestic
packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation
and insurance. We have found this to be the fastest
and most reliable shipping method. We are now offering free
Priority Mail shipping on all domestic orders of $100.00 or greater.
Your
order must total $100.00 before sales tax (for PA residents)
and after any special discounts. You do not need to use a
promotional
code, our cart will automatically calculate the free shipping.
If your order totals less than $100.00 before tax and shipping,
normal shipping charges apply (please see the chart on the
right).

Because
our Luzerne, PA shop is closed on Sunday and Monday, our shipping
days are Tuesday through Saturday. Orders typically
go
out
the next
shipping day after they are placed. To get a better idea of when
your order will ship, refer to the chart on the right. This chart
refers to orders placed by 3:00 p.m. eastern time. Please remember,
this table is just a guide. Many orders will actually
ship the
same day, while occasionally others will take an extra day or
two.
There are also several holidays throughout the year that may affect
your shipping. We are closed on the following holidays: 4th of
July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's
Day, and January 2nd.
We ship US Postal
Service internationally. When we receive your order, we will
contact you with the shipping rates and
options to your specific country. We will give you an insured
and uninsured rate. We recommend sending it with insurance,
and insure all packages domestically, however due to the
high cost of insurance on international packages, we like
to give
our customers the option. If you choose no insurance, we
will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. |

When returning a package, please have it insured. We are
not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit! Items
may be returned for a full refund (minus the original shipping
costs) for 30 days from the date on the invoice. Please include
a brief note explaining why you were unhappy with the piece.
Items may be exchanged for a period of 30 days from the date
on the invoice. |

There are no refunds for items purchased in person, however
items may be exchanged for a period of 30 days with the original
receipt. Certain items may not be exchanged. These include
books, magazines, DVD's, kits, gift certificates, and class
registrations (please see our workshop
section for information regarding class cancellations). |

or exchanged must be in their original quantity & condition,

If you place an order
with us, there is certain information that we collect in order to process
your order such as name, address, phone number, email, and credit card
information. We do not sell any of your information, however we do
have to share some of it in the normal course of business. Some examples
are, using a bulk mail facility in sending out postal mailings, or
sharing credit card information with our processing company in
order
to
complete your payment. These companies are only allowed to use your
information to perform the job that we hire them to do. We never sell
your information, or give advertisers access to our mailing list. We
also do not purchase mailing list information. If you receive an email,
or piece of postal mail, it is because you provided us with your information
