Ordering Questions

• Do you have a minimum order?

• Our minimum order is $10.00 (before tax and shipping). But with thousands of products available through our website, hitting our minimum shouldn't be a problem!
  

• What forms of payment do you accept?

• We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

• How long will items stay in my cart?

• Our cart is set to store you items for 7 days, however this can vary based on your individual browser settings. We use cookies to store your cart, so if your browser is set to remove cookies at the end of each session or if your cookies are turned off this will not work.

• I know I've ordered from you before, but my login information doesn't work.

• Unfortunately if you registered on our old system, before September 2008, you will have to register again. When we switched to this wonderful new cart, we were unable to move customer registration info. Hopefully you will find having to register again a small price to pay for this fabulous new cart!

Workshop Questions

• Can I register for a workshop online?

• We do not allow workshop registrations online. There are two reasons for this. One, it is not unheard of for our classes to sell out a few hours after they were put up, which would mean it might be possible for you to register for a workshop that has no room left. The second reason is that we like to speak with students (espically new students) before they sign up for a class. Occasionally there are special materials or skills required for a specific class, and we want to be sure you are aware of that before you register.

Jewelry Questions

• I saw jewelry in person that I would like to purchase, but I don't see it online.

• We have many more jewelry designs available in person than are on our website. If you know the name of the piece you are looking for, or can describe it, give us a call at 570.714.6700 and if it is still in stock, you can order it.
