For those of you who have been around since our opening, you remember our humble beginnings...about 16 feet total of beads & supplies, along with a couple of cases of jewelry, and assorted other items like candles, purses, handmade clothing (Oh! and remember the paper lanterns...they were awesome). Well, as they say, we've come a long way, baby! We eventually got down to our roots...Handcrafted Jewelry, and Beads & Jewelry Making Supplies. Now we boast over 72 linear feet of bead space, plus hundreds of jewelry items for sale. And it wouldn't have happened without you! Jennifer is the creator of all those gorgeous lampwork and dichroic beads and pendants that we carry and you love so much. She will be setting up a table or two of all kinds of gorgeous goodies that we don't normally carry. Be sure to stop by early in the week as her new crops of beads always have quite the following! And she promises to have some new focal beads for all you bead crochet lovers out there. |  |
Helene's buttons date back well into the 1800s, and a few very special ones perhaps older than that. Her buttons come from a wide variety of materials including glass, mother of pearl, metals, and rhinestones. These would make gorgeous clasps on necklaces and bracelet, or can be focal pieces in and of themselves. And for you knitters out there, be sure to add some of these treasures to your stash for exquisite accents. |
